The Ficus subgelderi fig which grows next to the first tower  of the Belalong Canopy Walkway was fruiting again in March 2018. Note the glossy leaves, the relatively long leaf stalks (petioles), the relatively few (3-4) side veins  and the hairy stipule.

Note that some branches  of the Ficus subgelderi are both fruting and producing new leaves at the same time. The new leaves are accompanied by large bright  red stipules whereas the normal stipules are small green and hairy.
